Overall Job Summary

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. The role also includes supporting merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Complete price changes and hang signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Experience in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Work shifts generally no less than 4 hours, may exceed 8 hours.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively.
• Stand, kneel, reach, and climb ladders as needed.
• Complete all training requirements.
