Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at Frito Lay! They deliver, sell, and merchandise Frito Lay’s complete line of products—including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more—to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you drive a Frito Lay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders and merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales, manage order, and maintain records throughout the day.

• Learn the basics of the role in 4-6 weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with the team.
• Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers.
• Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
• Attain a route with set days off/schedule and time.
• Work in a fun, fast‑paced, and physical environment.

We operate 24 hours a day, so you may not have a typical schedule. Team members often work weekends and holidays. The job is physical; you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift.

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation.
