Minimum Qualifications and
Essential Functions:
- High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivator capable of working independently.
- Proficient computer and technical skills.
- Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
- Physical abilities: sitting, standing, walking.
- Ability to work full time.
