Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a SOLO Class A CDL truck driver for Kingman, AZ.

Immediate opening. Join us to work in a dynamic regional route covering AZ, CA, NV, UT, NM, CO, & WY.

• Pay: $1,448 or more per week.
• Solo Miles Pay: $0.58 per mile with 1,800 miles per week.
• Solo Stops Pay: $24.00 per stop with 12 stops per week.
• Per Diem Pay: $29.00 per night with an average of 4 nights per week.
• Paid Training.
• Schedule:
  
  Sunday - Friday, working 5‑6 days; start time varies by route.

• Uniforms and boot allowance provided.
• Personal time off: starts at Day 1, 80 hours accrued in the first year.
• Paid personal time policy: if not used, salary paid at hourly rate.

• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, regulations, and agency rules.
• Detect and eliminate safety hazards and maintain accurate records and logs.
• Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading as required by the customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder drug test.
• Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements.
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle:
  • 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
  • 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
  • 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Deliver SOLO to AZ, CA, NV, UT, NM, CO, & WY.

  Dry Van 28’, 48', 53’.

  Manual pallet jack & lift gate.

  Touch – Hardware supplies.
• Endorsements:
  Hazmat within 90 days of hire (Ryder reimburses cost and provides training).
