Job SummaryShambaugh & Son, L.P. is hiring an experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver to safely transport construction materials and equipment to jobsites and company locations. This full-time opportunity offers home weekly and a comprehensive benefits package. We’re looking for a dependable Class A CDL driver with at least one year of flatbed tractor-trailer experience who takes pride in safe, reliable driving. You’ll handle deliveries, pickups, and material moves while supporting the team that keeps our construction projects moving

Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Safely operate company-owned and leased trucks
- Deliver, pick up, and relocate construction materials and equipment
- Haul materials to company jobsites
- Support shipping and receiving operations
- Maintain required DOT, OSHA, and company safety certifications
- Operate and maintain company equipment safely
- Maintain company vehicles and property in excellent condition
- Support the transportation team with additional duties as needed
- Valid Class A CDL
- 1+ year of flatbed tractor-trailer experience
- Clean driving record with no history of major accidents or traffic violations
- Ability to safely operate and maintain commercial vehicles
- Availability for overnight travel, averaging 2 to 3 nights
- Ability to work flexible hours, extended hours, and weekends when required
- Strong commitment to safe driving
- Attention to detail when completing paperwork and logs
- Ability to communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
- Ability to learn to operate the material-handling equipment used by the company
- Reliable attendance and ability to adapt to changing schedules
