Purchase Ledger Accounts Assistant

We have an opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Accounts Assistant to work in our busy accounts team at King’s Lynn
. You will be a team player with excellent numerical skills and a high level of attention to detail. You will ideally have experience in the same or similar role and will be used to working in a busy, active environment, dealing with high volumes of invoices, accurately and efficiently.

• Inputting purchase ledger invoices onto the database for authorisation
• Processing invoices onto the system after authorisation and accurate Nominal Coding
• Reconciling supplier statements prior to BACS/Cheque runs
• Liaising with dealerships and suppliers to resolve queries.

• Proven experience of working within a busy accounts department
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent numerical skills
• A flexible ‘can do’ attitude
