- To support for the day to day Sales Administration with export queries
- Ensure all the necessary office-based administration and support is provided
- Answer telephone calls, emails from customers & dealers
- Process all call/email related documentation & general office administration
- Prepare both equipment and spare parts quotations
- Handle all enquiries, liaising with all areas of the business and third-party suppliers.
- Receive, process and ship both equipment and spares orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate warranty & service calls through existing service partner network.
- Fluent in a European language in addition to English (oral & written) for example languages such as:
French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Czech, Hungarian, Croatian, Serbian, Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Slovak, Greek, Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Slovenian, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian - Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working in a B2B environment
- Flexible, adaptable and self-reliant
- Organised & self-motivated
- IT literate with good knowledge of Excel & Word
