Apprenticeship Admin and Compliance Assistant

Reference: JUL

Location: Kings Lynn (with travel to other sites)

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with flexibility around actual days worked)

Responsibilities
  • Support all aspects of the apprenticeship journey, ensuring funding, enrolment, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Administer recruitment, training, and completion processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service to colleagues, employers and apprentices.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Highly organised and detail-focused with strong administrative skills.
  • Experience supporting apprenticeship or training programs is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
