These students have often experienced challenges in mainstream education and require consistent, patient, and understanding support to help them re-engage with learning and develop socially and emotionally.
The Role:

* Assisting with academic learning, emotional regulation, and behaviour support
* Helping students access the curriculum in a way that meets their individual needs
* Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement support strategies
* Creating a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
The Ideal Candidate :
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN, SEMH, or complex needs (education, care, youth work, or similar)
* Calm, resilient, and empathetic approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to manage challenging behaviour positively and proactively
* Passion for supporting vulnerable young people
What We Offer:
* Competitive daily pay of £90–£105, depending on experience
* Opportunities to work in rewarding specialist education settings
* Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
* Flexible work options (short-term and long-term placements available)
If you are committed to making a real difference in the lives of young people who need it most, we would love to hear from you.
The successful candidates will be subject to a variety of checks including eligibility to work in the UK, an enhanced DBS disclosure and full references including one from your most recent employer.
