Based at KL but travel to all sites - HOURS:
37 hours per week - SALARY: £45161.31 – £49094.67
- Provide effective leadership to the English team to ensure lecturers develop and deliver engaging resources.
- Help drive up attendance and achievement and work closely with the English, Maths and ESOL team, as well as the wider college.
- Collaborate with the college to maintain high quality teaching and learning opportunities focusing on functional skills and GCSE English.
- Participate in bespoke supervisors training, attend relevant conferences, access peer support and utilize high-quality resources available to Programme Managers.
- Generous annual leave allowance of 35 days per year for management staff, plus five College closure days and Bank Holidays (pro-rata for part-time).
