• SALARY: £45161.31 – £49094.67

• Provide effective leadership to the English team to ensure lecturers develop and deliver engaging resources.
• Help drive up attendance and achievement and work closely with the English, Maths and ESOL team, as well as the wider college.
• Collaborate with the college to maintain high quality teaching and learning opportunities focusing on functional skills and GCSE English.
• Participate in bespoke supervisors training, attend relevant conferences, access peer support and utilize high-quality resources available to Programme Managers.
