Salary: c.£55,000 + overtime + benefits Shift Pattern: 12 hours, rotating days and nights

Our client is a well-established food manufacturing business based in King's Lynn, supplying major retailers across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Multi-Skilled Engineer to their engineering team.

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of high-speed production and packaging equipment
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns, minimising downtime
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with food safety standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance records via the site's CMMS system

• A recognised engineering qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent apprenticeship)
• Multi-skilled engineering background, with solid mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience
• Experience with in FMCG, food manufacturing, or a similarly fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift pattern, covering both days and nights
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills

• c.£55,000 basic salary, depending on experience
