We are seeking a CCAB/CIMA-qualified leader with a proven track record of success at a senior level in the NHS or wider public sector. You will bring:

• Exceptional financial leadership and proven influencing skills.
• The ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience of working in financially challenged environments, including delivering cost improvements and recovery plans.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to translate priorities into clear financial goals and outcomes.
• Political acumen and credibility to represent and champion the Trust across the region.
