We are seeking compassionate, relaible, and dedicated individuals to join our team of agency workers supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Provide support to children with SEN, ensuring safety, comfort and wellbeing
- Assist with daily routing and personal care where required
- Support learning, play, and social activities tailored to each child's needs
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and proefessionals
- Encourage independence and promote inclusion
Requirements:
- Experience working with SEN Children
- Caring patient and empathetic approach
- Strong communicaiotn and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly
