Kings Lynn Audi is currently seeking a professional and experienced showroom host to manage front of house duties on Thursday to Saturday offering a flexible and collaborative job share opportunity.
Hours of work will be:
Monday and Tuesday - 08.00am – 6.00pm (60 minutes lunch) and Saturday - 09.00am - 5.00pm (30 minutes lunch) (25.5 hours per week).
- Welcome each customer to the business, ensuring an immediate and friendly greeting is provided, establishing their individual needs in order to professionally hand them over to the most appropriate colleague
- With your strong interpersonal skills and confident manner, you will create a positive experience for all customers when visiting/contacting the business
- Provide additional telephony support to colleagues where demand requires additional support across all departments
- Ensure all customers are well attended to, providing a comprehensive hosting service for the duration of their visit to the business
- Maintain knowledge of the products and services in order to provide appropriate levels of support to all enquiring customers, and maintaining a commercial awareness to identify and respond to any opportunities to promote the products/services available
- You will be a Marriott Motor Group ‘Brand Ambassador’, ensuring the presentation of all retail areas of the business are continually maintained to the highest of standards, along with ensuring compliance of health & safety and Brand/Commercial legislation
- Highly motivated with strong enthusiasm for the Brand as well as an affinity for technology; you will enjoy, and be encouraged, to go ‘the extra mile’ for all customers.
- Provide administrative support to all departments where required
- Assist by pro-actively recognising and acting upon the need to support customers and colleagues
