Our sixth site opened in Dunstable in April 2024, reflecting our continued growth and development.

We are now looking for a Used Car Sales Controller to work at our King's Lynn branch. This is an exciting new role, and with over 100 used car selling spaces on site, you’ll be working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with a wide range of stock. This presents a fantastic opportunity to engage with customers, maximise sales potential, and play a key role in driving the success of the dealership.

• At least 3 years experience in a similar role within the motor industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to be highly organised and prioritise workloads
• Positive attitude at all times and always lead by example

Ideally you will be in a similar role or be an accomplished senior sales executive looking to move up to the next level. This is a sales role and as such you will be required to sell our products as well as support your team and second‑face their customers.

Our working pattern is 5.5 days average (5‑day week 1 and 6‑day week
2), including weekends.

• Maintain stock both on site and online to ensure maximum ROI
• Consistently improve customer satisfaction
• Handle any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way

• Industry leading salary of £35,000 – £40,000 with an OTE of £55,000 – £60,000
