In the Motion Systems Group and Hydraulic Pump and Motor Division, you will support division management in finance and inventory control, overseeing accounting functions (AR, AP, cost, fixed assets, payroll) and ensuring accurate accounting and financial control for the plant. This role involves developing budgets, forecasts, cost information and financial control to maximize ROI.

• Assist division management in making financially based decisions and provide local management with financial and statistical information.
• Provide information to division, group, and corporate on a monthly basis and as requested.
• Prepare or assist in the preparation of financial statements, review budgets, forecasts, and analysis.
• Participate in, coordinate, and review month‑end and year‑end closings and governmental reports and forms submission.
• Generate reports required by divisional and corporate accounting on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Maintain time and attendance functions, balance sheet reconciliations, and inventory records.
• Work with the IT department to provide information for management decisions throughout the division.
• Ensure compliance with corporate accounting, payables, receivables, payroll, and inventory operations.
• Audit physical inventories, maintain accurate inventory records, establish inventory control procedures, and account for obsolete or salvageable material.
• Train, develop, assist, and instruct subordinate employees per company policy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 5-7 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Certification or advanced degree preferred.
