Eaton is seeking a Clutch Operator for the Kings Mountain, NC area. The role runs on the Afternoon Shift with core hours 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm. The pay range is $20.59–$26.21 per hour with planned increases at 6 months and 1 year of service.
Responsibilities include assembling clutch components, operating multiple stations including automated and Co-Bot cells, and following all safety and quality procedures. Overtime and Lean initiatives are part of the job.
