Job Description Graham Personnel Services is currently seeking dependable and hardworking Shipping Utility to join a fast-paced warehouse team!

In this role, you will be responsible for unloading finished products, palletizing and shrink-wrapping cases, transporting materials, and loading trailers according to shipping plans. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing physical warehouse duties.

• Unload finished goods from conveyors, stock areas, or staging locations.
• Stack, organize, and palletize cases for shipment.
• Scan products and verify accurate case counts.
• Shrink-wrap completed pallets to secure products for transportation.
• Move pallets and materials using pallet jacks and hand carts.
• Load trailers according to shipping plans and loading instructions.
• Transport finished products to designated staging and loading areas.
• Replace shrink-wrap rolls and remove damaged products as needed.
• Complete daily shipping documentation accurately.
• Perform equipment safety checks and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Previous warehouse, shipping, loading, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience using pallet jacks and hand carts preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and manually handle cases.
• Ability to follow shipping instructions and verify product quantities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
