Accounts Assistant Manager

Our client, based in East Sussex is excited to announce that they are looking for a new Accounts Assistant Manager. They are a fast growing accountancy firm with multiple offices looking after thousands of businesses and individuals across Sussex and Surrey. Responsibilities:
Managing appointments, client records, and other administrative tasks, bookkeeping. Communicating with clients, addressing queries, and ensuring smooth client interactions. May be involved in basic financial management, such as managing invoices, tracking expenses, or preparing reports and accounts. Collecting, organizing, and analysing practice data for reporting and analysis. Accounts preparation and tax returns for small and medium sole trade and Limited company businesses.

Requirements: ICAEW, ACCA, AAT qualified. 5 years experience. AAT level 3, charter certified. Minimum 3 years relevant practical experience in an accountancy practice. Proficiency in relevant software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, data analysis) email, and internet navigation. Experienced in Quickbooks and Xero.
