The Role You'll work across a varied portfolio of construction projects, providing both pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services while helping to develop and strengthen the Oxford team. Responsibilities Deliver Quantity Surveying services from project inception through to completion. Manage financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Mentor and support junior Quantity Surveyors. Help develop and grow a high-performing Quantity Surveying team.

Contribute to the continued success and growth of the Oxford office. About You You'll ideally have:
Experience working within a construction consultancy. Strong pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying experience. Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills. The confidence to manage projects while supporting and developing others. MRICS qualification is desirable but not essential. Why Join? This is far more than just another consultancy role.
