Learning Support Assistant (LSA)role in Kingsbridge? We are seeking a dedicated, patient, and proactive individual to join a supportive secondary school team. • Provide
  one-to-one or small-group support
  to students
• Assist teachers with
  lesson delivery and classroom management
• Support students with
  additional learning needs
  and help them stay engaged
• Encourage
  positive behaviour
  and act as a role model
• Prepare classroom resources and learning materials when required
• Help create a
  safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and support staff
• Demonstrate professionalism in line with the school’s expectations

• Excellent
  communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, patient, and supportive approach to working with young people
• Strong organisational skills and reliability
• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow teacher guidance
• A positive attitude and commitment to student success
• Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
• Strong teamwork skillsand ability to follow teacher guidance
• A valid
  DBS
  (or willingness to obtain one)
• Hold a valid
  
  UK driving licence

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
