The role Provide personalised 1:1 support with a spinal injury. Clinical experience is required but personalized training is provided by the nurse. Support with personal care, daily activities, and accessing the community Work with non-verbal service users, using communication tools and approaches Confident with manual handling tasks including wheelchair use and hoisting Build meaningful relationships while developing professional care skills
