The Dev Ops function supports the delivery of platform and infrastructure for our new microservice applications as part of the digital transformation of our internal and external services. You will engage with other Dev Ops Engineers and Senior Dev Ops Engineers, as well as coach and support Junior Dev Ops Engineers.
The role holder will take forward technical consolidation and/or improvement activities, providing guidance and leadership to technicians within the IT Operations Practice and wider, while also working across DDaT to support and deliver solutions in line with the Technology and Business Strategies.
A minimum of 32 hours per week is essential for these roles. Roles may require travel, including overnight stays. Occasional planned out-of-hours work to handle IT changes and maintenance, and participation in an on-call rota, may be required.
