- Up to £60,000pa + Benefits. This is a superb opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor / CILEX / Licensed Conveyancer to join an established law firm in Kingsbridge, with the added benefit of being able to work on a hybrid basis.

• Up to £60,000pa depending on experience.
• Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote).

• Managing your own full and varied caseload of residential property transactions with the support of the paralegal teams.
• Providing clear and accurate advice to clients, in addition to liaising with concerned parties.
• Supervising junior team members.

• A Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a proven track record in residential property conveyancing.
• Be an excellent networker and enjoy building client relationships.
• Must possess excellent IT skills, and ideally experience of using a case management system.
• Technically competent and meticulous with a wide range of client experience.
• Be keen to learn, train and develop your own knowledge and skills.
