• Seasonal Contract - 3 months
• Pay: £12.71 per hour
• Hours: 15 hours per week
• Working Days: 2 days per week
  - Friday and Saturday 09.00 - 17.30
• Location: Our lovely Salcombe location.

We are seeking a Property Checker to ensure our holiday homes are guest‑ready in every detail. This hands‑on role is key to creating those “wow” moments when guests arrive.

As part of the team, you’ll also join our on‑call rota, earning an extra £350–£525 per week for handling urgent guest issues, covering an on‑call out of hours emergency phone between 5.30pm – 9am, 7 days per week typically 3‑4 times a year. Due to the travel included, own car and driver are essential.

• Inspecting properties inside and out, including BBQs and hot tubs
• Checking welcome packs, supplies, and amenities
• Ensuring all equipment is in working order
• Managing special requests such as high chairs or bed reconfigurations
• Addressing and reporting maintenance issues promptly
• Occasionally assisting with cleaning or delivering guest items
• Maintaining accurate property records and inventories

• Previous housekeeping or property‑checking experience
• A flexible, can‑do approach (things change fast in holiday season!)
• Reliability and the ability to work independently
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A love for keeping things shipshape and guest‑ready
