across our UK holiday parks, and we’re looking for a Team Leader –
Maintenance & Operations to join our team at Holmans Wood.
With maintenance and grounds at the heart of the role, you’ll lead
and support the team to ensure the park, grounds and facilities are maintained
and presented to a high standard. You’ll also play an important part in the
wider day-to-day operation of the park, building positive relationships with
our owners and holiday guests and working closely with the management team to
help keep everything running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a practical
maintenance, grounds or landscaping background who is ready to develop their
leadership skills and broaden their experience across park operations.

As our Team Leader – Maintenance &
Operations
, you’ll:
- Lead and support
the day-to-day
maintenance and grounds operation, providing structure and direction to the team. - Help ensure the
park, grounds and facilities are maintained and presented to a consistently high standard. - Take a hands-on
approach when required, supporting practical maintenance and grounds activities alongside the team. - Provide structure
and organisation to day-to-day activities, supporting the smooth running of the park. - Be a visible and
approachable point of contact for owners and holiday guests, building positive
and professional relationships. - Support the wider
day-to-day park operation, working flexibly across different areas where required. - Identify
maintenance and operational issues and help ensure they are followed through to resolution. - Develop a strong
understanding of the park, its facilities and how different areas of the operation work together. - Support and guide
team members, helping to maintain high standards and a positive working environment. - Work closely with
the wider management team to support the safe, smooth and effective operation of the park.
You’ll bring:
- Previous
practical experience within maintenance, grounds, landscaping or a similar environment. - Experience of
supporting, supervising or leading others, or the confidence and ability to take that next step. - A practical,
hands-on approach and willingness to support the team where required. - Good
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with owners, holiday guests and colleagues. - Strong
organisational skills and the ability to provide structure and direction to day-to-day activities. - A reliable,
approachable and responsible attitude. - A positive,
practical and solutions-focused approach. - An interest in
developing your leadership skills and building broader operational experience. - Flexibility and
willingness to support different areas of the park operation as required. - A full, valid UK
driving licence may be required where driving forms part of the duties associated with the role.
