Process Engineer (Lean Manufacturing) £50,000  52k OTE  7% Pension  34 Days Holiday  Company Benefits Ripley Are you a Process Engineer or similar with experience working with Lean Manufacturing looking for the exciting opportunity to join a global business at the forefront of their industry? Are you looking to become a technical expert in one of the best running manufacturing sites in the UK, where you will be responsible for directly influencing performance?

Founded nearly 100 years ago, this global business specializes in the manufacturing of a wide range of solutions within their industry. Priding themselves on their international success, they have over 10 sites across 26 countries, they have clear goals to be the giant within their niche industry. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for all components off the manufacturing on the production line and shopfloor, using data analysis, SPC and GMP standards.

Reporting directly to the Systems Manager you will carry out risk assessments and oversee Health and Safety, along with this you will maintain all relative documentation and ensure all ISO standards are complied with. This role would suit a process Engineer or similar from a lean manufacturing background looking to play a vital role within a global business.

The Role:

Overseeing all Health and Safety aspects of production Working towards lean methodologies Maintaining all accurate documentation Supporting projects and leading structured problem solving Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 4:45 - 3:35 finish on Friday
