• You will be preparing the restaurant by ensuring cleanliness is to a high standard and ready for guests.
• Hours to be agreed with the Restaurant Manager, with work to be completed by opening time at mid‑day.

In return for your hard work, you will receive a fair share of all tronc and gratuities, which can be up to an extra £2‑3 per hour.
