Location: West Alvington
Search Consultancy, on behalf of a stunning hotel in South Devon, is seeking a talented Chef de Partie from a fine dining Rosette background. You will work alongside the Executive Head, enjoying full creative freedom to craft ingredients, methods and presentation while helping drive the property toward 3 Rosettes over the next 3–4 years.
The role sits in a modern kitchen serving lunch and dinner to up to 28 covers, with the Executive Chef leading from the front and supporting stock control,
