Rockfish Salcombe is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to support the General Manager in running a busy coastal restaurant. You will coach and develop a motivated team, foster our core values of care, community and connection, and help maintain exceptional service standards.
With a structured training plan, you’ll build your leadership skills, gain exposure to daily operations and ensure alcohol service is supervised during peak periods.
