OCS is seeking a Retail Security Officer to protect customers, staff, and stock in a busy retail environment. You will deter theft, patrol the store, monitor CCTV, and respond promptly to incidents while maintaining a professional, welcoming presence.
The role requires a valid SIA License (DS or Security Guarding), strong observation and reporting skills, and the ability to de‑escalate situations. Weekend and evening shifts are included as standard for this position.
