Job Overview

We have a fantastic job opportunity for a Carpenter / Joiner with previous hands‑on experience performing high standard carpentry / joinery, with exceptional attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings.

As a Carpenter / Joiner you will be responsible for installing furniture, fittings, plumbing, and other key components, ensuring every boat is built to the highest standards.

Your duties and responsibilities as the Carpenter / Joiner will include :

• Precision Installation :
  Scribe, trim, and adjust furniture to perfection; fit hardware including port holes, locks, handles, and hatches
• Plumbing & Fixtures :
  Install sinks, toilets, holding tanks, and showers with precision
• Fittings & Customization :
  Fit canopies, hard tops, and air‑con trunking. Create custom patterns for bespoke units
• Final Touches :
  Handle final installations and sign off on boat files for compliance
• Team Leadership :
  Mentor and guide less experienced team members
• Material Management :
  Safeguard materials and products on‑site
• Creative Problem Solving :
  Tackle challenges head‑on, adapting to overcome build obstacles and improve efficiency

As the Carpenter / Joiner you will have :

• Extensive hands‑on experience in carpentry / joinery
• Strong carpentry skills with an eye for detail and flawless finish
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and information
• Team player, ready to jump in and contribute to any boat build
