San Francisco, CA or London, UK (London-based candidates must be willing to relocate to San Francisco in 2026) This is a genuine Founding Engineer opportunity to join an Andreessen Horowitz-backed AI startup as Engineer 2/3. Already trusted by Fortune 500 customers including a trillion-dollar enterprise you'll help build enterprise-grade AI agents that solve one of the most challenging problems in business automation: transforming highly unstructured data into fully auditable outputs using cutting-edge LLMs and agentic AI.
This isn't another AI startup building chatbots. It's an opportunity to own products end-to-end, influence technical direction, and help shape the future of a rapidly growing company from the earliest stages. You'll enjoy this role if you:

We're looking for engineers who have: 4 years' commercial software engineering experience (flexible for exceptional candidates).
