Seasonal Credentialed Tax Expert - Bilingual Spanish

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find the right answer, communicating in plain language.
• Interact with customers via video communication software, document interactions, and maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual, fluent in English/Spanish (written & spoken).
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting with customers through video/audio tools.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and enhancing Intuit’s brand.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Competitive base pay ranges by location (example: Bay Area CA $28.80 – $36.50/hr). Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay based on job-related skills and location.
