Under the supervision of the administrator, the Director of Nursing directs and coordinates all aspects of nursing, including, but not limited to, infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education. The director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The director is also responsible for the maintenance of quality improvement activities in compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations.

In addition, the director supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing and potential referral sources.

Full‑Time

• BSN or master’s degree preferred.
• At least one (1) year of experience in nursing supervision within the last five (5) years.

Our services at the Kingsburg Healing Center help clients recover with an enhanced sense of resilience. They access a wide range of wellness tools and staff support. The mission of this program is to restore a sense of hope, empowerment, community/natural support inclusion, realized potential in each client, and psychiatric stabilization.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range: $110,000 USD - $130,000 USD
