Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a friendly, self‑motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ashton Cove Apartments in Kingland, GA.

Full‑time position. Normal work hours 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday, with occasional overtime. Availability for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry, and any general maintenance repairs that may arise.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and documentation for all maintenance activities.

• HVAC certification and at least 3 years of maintenance technician experience.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Background screening and drug test required.
