Cumberland Home and Hearth is looking for a talented Delivery Driver/Appliance Installer to join our team! You will be responsible for the delivery and set‑up/installation of household appliances.

This position is right for you if you are self‑motivated, have a knack for troubleshooting, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. Ideally, you have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers.

• 1 Year delivery driving experience in a commercial vehicle required
• Deliver household appliances to different addresses and different routes
• Follow route and schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jack in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Ensure the efficient use of materials and keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced
• Must be able to lift and move a minimum of 50 to 100 lbs.
• Install home appliances/equipment
• Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross‑training in related positions

• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis with assistance, and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
