Description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule all transportation operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials
• Monitor and track shipments to provide real-time updates to clients and internal teams
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to resolve any issues or delays
• Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities, including driver logs and delivery schedules
• Continuously optimize routes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• 2+ years of experience in logistics or transportation industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using dispatch software or systems
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

$15 - $18 hourly
