Mailroom Coordinator

Position Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Senior On‑Site Service Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients' experience through exceptional operational support. In this role, you will work with advanced technology in high‑volume duplicating, production, sorting, and mailing environments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

From performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to supporting reception and on‑site services, you will serve as a key contributor to daily operations and client success.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Operate high‑volume 2D or 3D print and copy equipment, ensuring quality, efficiency, and productivity

* Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and promptly escalate technical issues when necessary

* Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, coordinating service calls, and managing job requests

* Maintain accurate service records, manage inventory, and calculate charges for services provided

* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion and delivery of jobs

* Support various building functions, including meeting room setup and general site support

* Assist, as needed, with reception services and light facility maintenance

* Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures when handling equipment and materials to maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications - Must Have

* High school diploma or GED

* Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience

* Proficiency with basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

* Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment

Qualifications - Nice to Have

* Prior experience in copy services, print operations, or related roles

* Basic knowledge of electronics and copier equipment repair

* Valid driver's license with minimum auto insurance coverage
