USED VEHICLE MANAGER

We're looking for a USED VEHICLE MANAGER to join our team at the brand new FRIENDSHIP HYUNDAI of KINGSPORT. Our ideal candidates are high-energy, results-driven, and ready to drive gross to make an immediate impact as they join us as in opening the region's newest automotive dealership.

What You’ll Do
  • Work directly with team members to fuel the sales process
  • Drive profitability through high-level involvement in daily operations
  • Partner with leadership team to plan and manage vehicle inventory
  • Develop and maintain rapport with customers and vendors, enhancing customer satisfaction and dealership reputation
  • Assist Product Specialists with overcoming objections and closing deals
  • Engage and motivate team members to follow sales processes and best practices
  • Facilitate regular training for continued team growth and education
  • Report and analyze daily business metrics
  • Bring a positive attitude to the Friendship Family and culture
Qualification Checklist
  • 3+ years automotive sales experience required
  • 2+ years verifiable success in automotive dealership management preferred
  • Expertise in inventory management, including turn-rate and pricing strategies
  • Experience with vehicle acquisition, appraisals, and reconditioning
  • Knowledge of CRM / DMS platforms
  • Ability to be adaptable while leading and training others
  • Customer-focused and process-oriented
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
