Eastman is seeking a CRT Plastics Processing Engineer to join their team. This role involves qualifying new feed stocks and enhancing plastics processing processes. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and have at least 1 year of direct manufacturing support experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• At least 1 year of direct manufacturing support experience required.
• More than 3 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to make decisions with limited information.
• High adaptability and self-motivation.
• Comfortable with external presentations and engaging with external parties, including suppliers and customers.
• Proactive, results-oriented, with the ability to lead challenging projects amid uncertainties.
• Ability to work effectively within a matrixed environment involving multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to challenge peers and supervisors to develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
