Pay range: $21.26+ per hour based on experience, training, certification, and market factors. Successful candidates may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.

- Cover territory to perform phlebotomy duties within a Patient Service Center, doctor’s office, or other sites as needed
- Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing
- Collect specimens per established procedures, including drug screens, biometric screening & insurance exams
- Enter billing information and collect payment when required
- Coach, mentor, and advise new employees; serve as point of contact for on‑site staff and provide input to group lead or supervisor
- Travel to additional doctor’s office or Patient Service Center sites when requested
Required
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
Work Experience:
- 5 years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric & capillary collections
- 3 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
- Customer service experience in retail/service environment preferred
- Keyboard/data entry experience
Effective communication in English is required.
