Global Contracting Center of Excellence (CoE) Operations Analyst
This role is vital in the CoE, supporting Contract Life-Cycle Management (CLM) implementation and execution. The analyst acts as a bridge between users and CoE leadership, conveying needs and feedback, ensuring transparency and alignment. They collaborate with teams across Commercial, Procurement, Technology, and Logistics, influencing platform adoption and governance, while assisting with technical issues, process improvements, and change management communications and training.
Primary Responsibilities
Administration
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the CLM platform (Icertis) and contracting processes.
- Participate in bi-weekly CoE leadership meetings, providing updates and project insights.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, suggest enhancements, and lead or support UAT.
- Support onboarding, data improvements, and collaborate with IT and developers on system initiatives.
- Develop reports and dashboards to meet analytical needs, standardize, and scale solutions.
- Work with leadership on strategies to address data quality and operational gaps.
- Manage CAS audit requests and handle ad-hoc stakeholder requests.
Training
- Create training materials and deliver sessions on CLM processes and platform use.
- Assist in change management and implementation planning.
- Collaborate with Power Users on content and process development.
- Utilize various training methods to enhance user capabilities.
- Maintain and update SharePoint sites for training materials.
- Communicate change management protocols to user groups.
Growth
- Develop understanding of contracting best practices, recommending process or tech improvements.
- Partner with Business Intelligence and IT to enhance tools, metrics, and system design.
- Research external best practices and potential system enhancements.
- Prioritize system improvements and evaluate new tools.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience with CLM or similar cloud systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Experience in service environments and data analysis.
- Ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical specs and simplify complex concepts.
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency with SaaS applications and mobile devices; quick learner of Icertis and related platforms.
- Proven ability to collaborate and build trust with business partners.
- Strong sense of urgency, leadership, and change management skills.
- Analytical skills for diagnosing issues and recommending solutions.
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail, results-driven, adaptable, and proactive.
