About the Job
The Success Factors Technical Application Analyst is responsible for providing analysis and support for Eastman’s Human Resources business function. This position manages module implementation, administration, and support, as well as project analysis, design, estimation, and documentation (such as business requirements, governance, etc.) for modules in the Success Factors platform. Responsibilities include analysis, design, and estimation of medium to large-scale projects, product support, and coordination with team members.
The role involves moderate coordination with other departments, business partners, and outside vendors, acting as the implementer.

As the Success Factors Technical Application Analyst, you will leverage your expertise with Success Factors modules and platform to help Eastman’s Human Resources function optimize the system, improve HR processes, efficiencies, and the value delivered to the business by:
- Providing global technical support for the Success Factors portfolio, specifically for two or more modules.
- Gathering, analyzing, and reviewing customer requirements; providing innovative solutions and recommending system, product, and process enhancements.
- Performing configuration tasks for Success Factors and assisting in testing configurations to address requests for fixes, changes, enhancements, and compliance.
- Documenting business rules, functional specifications, and process interpretations for assigned applications, systems, and solutions.
- Providing second-tier support for systems issues, including monitoring scheduled application interfaces to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinating with development teams on data and interfaces used by upstream and downstream business applications.
- Collaborating with internal business units, managers, and partners to plan, manage, and complete multiple projects.
- Designing and creating reports and interface solutions to meet business querying needs.
- Monitoring scheduled application interfaces, resolving issues, and providing after-hours support as needed.
- Maintaining technical system and functional awareness and competence.
- Assisting with system implementations and evaluating results.
- Providing prompt, high-quality customer service.
- Performing other duties as assigned and conforming to all company policies and procedures.
