The Commercial Manager, Animal Nutrition is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing the company’s Animal Nutrition strategy within a specific region. The role involves leading a team of sales and marketing professionals, managing cross-functional teams, and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field related to feed additives (e.g., nutritional sciences, biological sciences, veterinary sciences).
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in specialty additives within the animal nutrition industry.
- Proven experience working with leading regional integrators and animal producers.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
