Support 8–10 active political and issue campaigns through August 2026 (with potential extension).

Manage logistics, grassroots operations, and communications for a dynamic portfolio of clients.

• Manage day-to-day campaign logistics, scheduling, and coordination.
• Oversee grassroots operations, volunteer recruitment, and event organization.
• Draft press releases, speeches, talking points, and campaign materials.
• Create and manage multi-platform social media content calendars.
• Capture and edit photos/videos for digital distribution.
• Collaborate with creative teams on branding, messaging, and outreach strategies.

• Prior experience in campaign operations, communications, or consulting.
• Strong writing and messaging skills across digital and print.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Proficient in social media management and basic content creation.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven political environments.
• Detail-oriented self-starter who thrives under pressure.
• Willing to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Salary: DOE + Benefits
