• Position will manage a 13 bed ED with over 15k annual visits and a team of 30 FTE's
• Well supported by a team of Charge Nurses and an Educator

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active RN License State
• 5+ years of ER clinical nursing experience required
• 2+ years of ER leadership experience required (Supervisor level or above)
• Energetic and dynamic leader who will be able to ensure the team has the tools they need to provide the best patient care to the community
• Demonstrated track record of improving employee satisfaction/engagement, throughput times, and the patient experience
