Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position with EP circulating experience and AHA certification requirements.
Responsibilities
• Work in a hospital Cath Lab and EP Lab setting
• Schedule consists of four 10-hour day shifts per week from 7:30 to 18:00
• Two call nights per week and one weekend of call every 3 to 4 weeks
• Involvement in circulating and monitoring EP cases, including device implantations and EPS/Ablations
• Utilizes Siemens Sensis, Epic, Philips Systems, Claris, CARTO, Ensite
X, Cryo, and PFA
• Facility features 2 Cath Labs, 1 Structural/PV Lab, and 2 EP Labs
• Block scheduling is available
• General orientation begins on Sundays with online CBLs
• Expected to support and participate in nursing student education in addition to clinical care
• Participation in a 16-hour nonbillable orientation is required
• No local candidates accepted within a 100-mile radius
Requirements
• Active TN or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• American Heart Association (AHA) certifications required
• Experience circulating and monitoring in EP is preferred
• Must be able to circulate EP device and ablation cases
• Permanent residence must be at least 100 miles from the hospital's service area
