American Home Design is hiring a full‑time In‑Home Sales Representative for our Kingsport area team. We seek experienced sales professionals who want a great career, unlimited financial opportunity, and a healthy work‑life balance.

Are you outgoing, persuasive, and highly motivated by an uncapped commission sales opportunity? Our Outside Sales Representatives go on preset and pre‑qualified appointments in the local Tri‑Cities area, present a professional in‑home deck via iPad, and close same‑day home improvement purchases. Our top reps earn between $100,000 and $200,000 a year.

• Deliver a professional presentation to homeowners on an iPad and close same‑day sales.
• Overcome objections and handle rejection positively.
• Complete electronic contracts with accurate details of the product(s) the customer is purchasing from American Home Design.
• Sell at least 30% of the leads issued to you.
• Occasionally generate own business leads (up to 1 hour per day).
• Run approximately 8–10 leads a week.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after installation.
