American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for our Tri-Cities/Knoxville area team. We have opportunities to work in the Johnson City and Kingsport locations. Whether you are looking for a part-time position or beginning a sales career; we offer both options.

Are you outgoing and energetic? Do you enjoy talking to people face-to-face? Are you driven by incentives and bonuses? If so, this position could be a great fit for you! Our promoters work inside local Home Depot stores and schedule appointments for a free water test with shoppers. You are setting an appointment with homeowners for a FREE water test. You get paid well to talk to people!

We offer paid training and a lucrative base + unlimited bonus opportunity. Our top in-store representatives are making over $30/hour!

• Set qualified appointments for in-home water assessments
• Engage shoppers in conversation via a well trained script to generate interest in more information
• Call the Call Center to confirm and schedule the customer's appointment time on the spot
• Use the provided script and technology tools accurately
• Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift
• Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations

• Customer-facing background (servers, retail, call center)
• Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm
• Independent, self-motivated, comfortable with rejection
• Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems
• Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day; flexible schedule
• Ability to walk the Home Depot store for a 4 hour shift
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
